Prediction from 3D structure

Prediction of the impact of non-synonymous Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (nsSNPs) on protein stability starting from protein 3D structure. Please, use the form below to submit a valid protein PDB file (only PDB format is accepted, no mmCIF) along with a mutation file listing the variations for which you want to predict the ΔΔG.
